Meredith is A GREAT HOME TOWN for our new brokerage, here is why we made the decision to call it home.
Why I Chose to Move Our Real Estate Office to Meredith, New Hampshire
When I decided to relocate our brokerage office, I wasn’t just choosing a new address—I was choosing a community to be a part of. Meredith offers something truly special: a balance of natural beauty, small-town warmth, and a dynamic local spirit that makes it one of the most rewarding places to live and work in the Lakes Region.
I was already very familiar with Meredith. I grew up in Bridgewater, just a short drive away. In fact I played Little League Baseball at the terrific facility in Meredith. As I grew up I enjoyed the shops and restaurants available here. My favorites being the Innisfree Bookshop and Giuseppe’s at Mill Falls. As my real-estate career took off I was fortunate to sell multiple waterfront properties in Meredith, including an incredible home on Oak Island. Later I was fortunate to be asked to launch what turned out to be an extremely successful condominium project in this great community.
But enough about me…

A Lakeside Community with Year-Round Appeal
Meredith sits at the heart of the Lakes Region, where Lake Winnipesaukee and the surrounding mountains create an atmosphere that’s both energizing and peaceful. The change of seasons here is part of the charm—summer days on the lake, crisp fall colors along Main Street, cozy winters by the fire, and the renewal of spring that brings everyone back outdoors. It’s a community that embraces each season with enthusiasm, from boating and hiking to winter festivals, pond hockey tournaments, and ice fishing.

A True Sense of Community
One of the first things you notice about Meredith is how connected everyone feels to the town. Locally owned shops, cafés, and restaurants line the streets, and many business owners know their customers by name. There’s a pride here—a genuine investment in keeping Meredith vibrant and welcoming. As a broker, that sense of connection resonates deeply with me. Real estate isn’t just about houses; it’s about people and the communities they build together. Meredith embodies that perfectly.

A Lifestyle Worth Living
For anyone who loves the outdoors, Meredith offers endless opportunity. You can start your morning kayaking on the lake, hike nearby trails in the afternoon, and enjoy dinner overlooking the water by evening. Yet, despite its natural beauty, Meredith also offers convenience—excellent schools, nearby healthcare, and a central location that makes it easy to reach other parts of the state.
Why Our Office Belongs Here
Our brokerage thrives on relationships, trust, local knowledge and enthusiasm for life in the Lakes Region. Being based in Meredith means being part of a Winnipesaukee community that values those same things. It allows us to connect more personally with clients who share our appreciation for the Lakes Region lifestyle—people who don’t just want to buy or sell a home, but want to belong somewhere special.
Relocating here wasn’t just a business decision; it was a lifestyle decision. Meredith is a place where work and life blend naturally—where every conversation might happen over a cup of coffee downtown or while watching the sunset over the lake. That’s the kind of community we’re proud to serve, and it’s why we’re thrilled to call Meredith home.
