Good morning,
From time to time we like to update our past, current, and (hopefully) future clients on our ongoing efforts to build the highest quality real-estate brokerage focused on new construction projects and waterfront residential properties.
The year 2024 is almost half over! We have been very busy establishing ourselves in the marketplace and we are excited at the results of our efforts. To recap some of our recent successes:
- We listed and sold a preapproved 30-unit residential project in Ashland for our clients and we are excited to see what comes next for that property.
- We represented our developer clients in the purchase of a waterfront land listing on the Squam River. We identified the property as a great opportunity when it came on the market, constructed an offer that beat out many other potential buyers, helped with the permitting and site plan and were pleased to be asked to select the home style and floorplans to be offered. These homes will have direct boating access to Squam Lake and will be offered at a fraction of the cost of a typical Squam home.
- We are in the process of completing a subdivision on a beautiful piece of property in Northwood that will be offered for sale shortly. This property features apple trees, a large open field, historic stone walls and a mature woodland. Ultimately, we hope to be a part of the development of this property, whether it be for a one or two home project. We know it will be stunning!
- We are actively working with builder clients on two other specific land purchases that (fingers crossed) will result in amazing future homes to sell. This includes a residential project in the Concord market and a waterfront new-construction home on one of New Hampshire’s largest lakes.
- We are currently working with several builders and are aggressively marketing our services to land-owners throughout the state.
- On the existing home-sales front we are pleased to have sold several million dollar’s worth of waterfront and water-access properties for our seller clients.
- Due to our history of new-construction sales, we have several buyers looking for new homes. There are some interesting projects working their way through the permitting process, we hope to be a part of their success.
- We are also working with two home-owners in extremely prestigious waterfront communities, preparing to bring their homes to the market. We are obviously excited, and we can’t wait to put our marketing team to work on these great listings!
- Our co-founder, Kevin Lacasse, is working his way through the permitting process and is hopeful that the ambitious “Monitor Way” project in Concord will come to fruition.
To our past clients, we are so thankful for your support in our early stages. What we are attempting is not easy, and if it wasn’t for people willing to take that journey with us we would never have been able to do it. We are also appreciative of those of you that have given us such great Google reviews. This seems like such a small thing but just yesterday I received a call from a new client who saw those reviews and was inspired to reach out. Thank you!
To our current clients, thank you also. We are so excited for the opportunities that we have and we know it is all because of people like yourselves. This is a great real-estate market and we know that together we will achieve success.
